D&Cie includes a permanent team of 8 individuals and 25 external consultants with expertise in legal affairs, tax accounting, general accounting, banking (trade finance & investment), investment, and fund management.
Alain Driancourt, General Partner
Alain has over 30 years’ experience in the private banking industry. Prior to founding D&Cie, Alain held key management positions with Banque Indosuez in Switzerland. His achievements include successfully building up and managing the highly profitable Private Banking division of the bank. Also during his time at Banque Indosuez, Alain helped to develop the activities of the Fiduciaire Indosuez where he was a member of the Board with responsability for setting up the Geneva branch and managing its early operations. Alain holds both Swiss and French citizenship. He has an MBA from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Dijon and holds a degree in Computer Technology from EPFL.
Christian Bisson, Partner
Christian has more than 30 years’ experience in the European real estate sector. After graduating from the French Notary School, he worked as Principal Assistant Notary in France. He subsequently became a real estate administrator in Paris. At D&Cie Christian is responsible for developing real-estate brokerage activities. In this capacity he offers advice to clients about their real estate portfolios including investment and divestment advice.
Olivier Lerolle, Project Manager
Olivier has over 30 years’ experience in international banking, business management and consulting. He has held several management positions including with Citibank in New York and Banque Indosuez. At Banque Indosuez he held several international positions including head of the international loan syndication in Paris, head of project finance in South East Asia, and manager of Indosuez Finance in Geneva where he was responsible for capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Olivier was also involved in the establishment of and held non-executive director positions in several companies in Canada in the natural resources sector. He is currently a non-executive director of Diagnos, Inc. a publicly listed Canadian software company which has developed artificial intelligence tools designed for knowledge extraction and predictive analysis from natural resources and hydrocarbon databases.
Benedict Stalder, Management Consultant
Benedict has over 25 years experience in sales, business management and consulting. He started as a serial entrepreneur by founding and managing three companies and later held several sales management and business development positions at IBM, Temenos and Soucingparts.com. At IBM he held the positions of Head of Sales for High End Systems in Switzerland as well as Manager of Developer Relationships and Strategic Alliances for Europe. At SourcinParts.com Benedict was the VP of Sales and Development until the sale of the company to MFG.com. Benedict founded BST Management Consulting in 2006 to focus on Turnaround Management for corporate and SMEs and Angel Management for startup companies. Next to his consulting services he acts as a board advisor and coach.
Nidia de Sousa Ruivo, Senior Legal and Accounting Officer
Ms de Sousa has more than 35 years’ experience in law, administration and accounting. In the course of a rich career, she has occupied positions as an administration manager and legal assistant in a few industrial and financial corporations in Geneva, including a major American multinational. Ms de Sousa has been with D&Cie since the beginning when she joined as an Office Manager including supervision of all legal, accounting and reporting matters of the company. She was also in charge of the offshore department. Ms de Sousa is now retired and maintains an active relationship with D&Cie as a consultant. Ms de Sousa holds a Master’s in Literature from the University of Lisbon and Degrees in Labour Law and Marketing.
Alexandra Burlot, Accounting
Alexandra continued her career with PCMG, a regional real estate company based in France where she worked as an Assistant Accountant. She later became Accountant at Farimex, a Geneva-based import-export company specializing in electronic components. At D&Cie, Alexandra is responsible for accounting and reporting of all the transactions of the firm and its clients.
